Refund
If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right. Request a return within 15 days for an exchange, credit note or full refund.
Items must be unused and in original condition. We will require photo proof of defection or any damage. For watches, the security tags, plastic stopper and dial films must remain intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty (we’ll credit your shipping in that case). Please use a tracked service and share the tracking details with support@sablewear.com.

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow every step.

Shipping & Returns
Yes — we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders of $75 or more.

All shipments are tracked from dispatch to delivery.
No — we plan to ship worldwide with express options in mid-year of 2026. Delivery times mirror those above, estimated arrival of 7-10 business days, and all orders will be fully tracked.
