Order Processing

We ship from California via UPS, USPS or other premium carriers, including express delivery to ensure expedited service. Customary shipping rates will apply and may vary. When you order by 12 p.m. (PST), on a business day, most orders may ship the same day and you can expect delivery within 7-10 business days. During high volume periods, like a sale, or major shopping seasons, the processing time may increase. So, plan your purchases with this in mind.

      • No deliveries will be made to a P.O. Box or APO address
      • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
      • Ground Shipping Monday through Friday (allow 1-2 business days for processing)
      • Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week
      • Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 1-2 business days for delivery

Tracking a Shipment

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
